Mr. Mohamed Mustafa is a currently head of SIYB Association and founding director of Horn of Africa Training, Research and Innovation Centre (Hatric Institute). Mr. Mustafa has journey of 10 years in consulting, business mentorship and coaching, Resilience programs, academics, and consistently strives to create a challenging and engaging learning environment. Mr. Mustafa worked with academic institutions, NGOs and Public sectors in Somalia. He has a massive experience in consulting and training in the areas of Entrepreneurship, Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB), Improve Your Exhibition skills (IYES), Peace Building and leadership Programs. Mr. Mustafa is a certified trainer as SIYB and IYES trainer by ILO. He is currently studying Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at University of Nairobi and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simad University.

Mohamed Mohamud Osman is a senior University Lecturer, SIYB Trainer, Monitoring & Evaluation expert, Business development consultant, experienced project manager, Accountant and Entrepreneurship expert with 11years of experience. He has worked on a senior lecturer for Business Administration and Economic faculties in East Africa University –Somalia. He was SIYB (Start & Improve Your Business) Trainer in International labour Organizations for almost 8years where he has conducted Business skill and entrepreneurship trainings and SIYB Trainings and Business Development workshops in Somalia. Mohamed was Business Development consultant in UNHABITAT where he conducted training for Business management and life skill training for local small scale traders in Jubaland –Kismayu. He is currently serving a project and Investment Director at Puntland Chamber of Commerce and Industry for almost 6years where he was conducting feasibility studies, Market research and Monitoring evaluation for Investments and Micro Finance projects in the Chamber. He holds a MBA (Accounting Finance) , BBA(Marketing and Finance ) Degree from the Preston University.
